The XQi3 Street is an electric street-legal dirt bike created by electric scooter brand NIU from China. The company was founded in 2014 by the former CTO of Baidu (the Chinese Google) and a former employee of Microsoft. The XQi3 is available as a street-legal and as an off-road version. The street-legal version is certified for both US M1/M2 and European L1e (XQi3).
